Our Personal Trainers are here to provide you with efficient workouts that cater for your personal needs. With personal attention, motivation and education, your short and long-term goals can be met. The programs are designed around your lifestyle, age, gender and fitness ability.
Whether it is on land or in the water our services range from swim instruction and water fitness to injury/illness rehabilitation, general fitness or strength training, sport-specific training, and reduction of body fat. We train individuals, corporate groups, groups of friends, and sports teams! Packages are purchased based on an hourly session but may be broken into half-hour sessions if desired.
