Studio – Group Fitness Classes
- CARDIO FUSION
A fantastic full-body workout integrating low-impact aerobics with Slide, BOSU, Resist-a-Ball, and strength training to challenge mind and body. This is a fantastic class for those who are just beginning to get in shape as well as for those who are focused on decreasing body fat and toning up!
Every class is different.
- TABATA
Is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
- XTREME CONDITIONING CLASS
Planning to get back on the fitness track? Join us for this high-intensity calorie-burning conditioning class to kick-start your day. Space is limited. KICKBOXING Reach your fitness goals and learn a great self-defense system though kickboxing. An advanced punching and kicking style blended with leg blocks, knees and elbows, quick steps, and slides. The style uses only closed-hand movements and is based on speed, reflex, and power.
All in all, a great self-defense and fitness workout!
- INTERMEDIATE INTERVALS CIRCUIT TRAINING
A drills and skills workout that includes resistance and strength training, without “the aerobics”. Various stations, working for allotted time periods. Covering all aspects of fitness. Aerobic core stabilization & resistance training. Great for an all-over body workout.
- CORE ESSENTIALS
A fantastic class focusing on core strengthening and toning. Abdominal, Buttocks, and Back exercises intensified. We may incorporate. Resist-a -Balls, BOSU balls, balance work, free weights, and floor time but it is always fun!
- FITNESS IN THE PARK
Fun in the outdoors! Our boot camp-style class is packed with cardio and calisthenics and is slightly less difficult than the original boot camp. Modifying exercises, we use our body weight and the outdoor elements to train our entire bodies while out in the fresh air!
WATER FITNESS – Group Fitness Classes

A total body workout, utilizing a combination of exercises and training methods to give you a fantastically challenging class. We teach various types of classes as listed below. We also offer a great workout in our adult swimming class.
- AQUA BOOTCAMP
Kick start your workouts with this Aquatic Interval class! We use combination of exercises routines and water equipment that will challenge and tone your body whilst improving your overall fitness.
- AQUA CIRCUIT
An exhilarating workout, taking you through a variety of intensities with resistance work and cardio intervals.
- AQUA RESISTANCE
A toning class which uses different aqua-resistance equipment to overload and help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
- DEEP WATER ABS & BACK
A low impact workout to tone and strengthen the core muscles in your back and abdominal.
